About Concentric

Purpose & Method

Accomplish more with the people you have.

Concentric was created based on the simple belief that an organization’s existing relationships can be more rewarding. Unlocking this untapped growth potential is why we exist. While all of an organization’s relationships have value, we focus on leadership teams and corporate and institutional boards.

Concentric Decision Agility™ combines leader insights, tracking metrics and collaborative engagement to overcome the constraints of time, distance, and role / relationship conflict that accelerates alignment and decision making around key challenges and opportunities.

DNA

Our work is guided by core beliefs that address opportunity at the system, group and individual levels:

The System

Positive Deviance

In any defined system, there are usually solutions to challenges residing among a subset of its members.

The Group

Collaborative Advantage

Partnering achieves substantive outcomes with fewer costs — time, effort or resources — than pursuing them alone.

The Individual

Creative Initiative

Creation is the engine of growth and learning. We achieve our individual best, and contribute to our fullest potential, when creating with purpose — the heart of innovation.
